    Shipping Info
1. DAMAGES
  • Inspect shipment for possible damage. If there is the slightest doubt that the merchandise is damaged (Concealed or not), have the driver mark all copies of freight bill "DAMAGED", and sign them.
  • Where damage does, or may exist, consignee should accept shipment (as Above) and immediately phone delivering carrier requesting carrier inspection. If damaged immediately notify delivering carrier.
  • Consignee must initiate and submit all claims. Shipper / Manufacturer cannot make claim.
  • Please inspect unit immediately to insure shipment is complete. Claims for missing parts cannot be honored if claim is made more than 60 days after ship date.
2. RETURNS
  • All Returns Must be done within 7 days of receiving the item
  • 20% restocking fee
  • Customer also pays shipping back to Burkett Restaurant Equipment (Free Freight items are subject to pay 10% of the selling price on top of the restocking fee).
  • All returns must be in original packaging and unused
