it took a long time to get to us.  needs to be seasoned before you use it and that takes about a day so you need to plan for that task.  the crepe maker works well and is nice and large.  they don't provide any recipe but there are plenty available on the web.  I can see that it will take some experimenting to hone in on just the right consistency.  our first try worked though and they were yummy.  havent used it a lot yet so I can say too much yet.    I would certainly recommend this crepe maker so far.
