Vulcan Fryers

Vulcan Fryers are designed for operations that need to fry large amounts of food. Offering models that can handle up to 100 pounds of shortening, Vulcan Fryers can handle large baskets of frozen food items without the temperature dropping making cooking times shorter increasing the amount that can be cooked over the course of a day. In addition to large oil capacity, most models offer multiple baskets allowing you to cook more than one types of food at once adding to its efficiency.
