This gas griddle range has six burners with heavy duty cast iron section grates that have a design to easily allow pots to slide from side to side. The grates also have anti-clogging pilot shields engineered into them to help save your pilot from accidental spills. Also equipped is a one inch thick griddle which is thickest in the industry, to help keep up with high volumes of food. This gas griddle range has a convection oven of 30-inches, with two racks and four rack positions, that is sure to cook your food to perfection and a 30-inch storage cabinet for storing your pots and pans or utensils. The oven is porcelainized on five contact surfaces and has a removable oven door for easy cleaning. This unit is made with stainless-steel, front, sides, ledge and backguard with shelf and kick plate, which makes cleaning easy and prevents rust. The seven inch landing ledge is the widest you can get and makes for a functional work space. This gas griddle range is NSF and ETL certified to meet your health safety standards.
