This unit was bought to try to replace the Nova pizza oven I had for many years great machine. I like the basic conctruction of  Fusion 508FC unit. This is my second  unit the first one did not did not cook the crust of my pizza,Burkett replaced with in 5 days. The new unit works pretty good but , needs to have the bottom heating element a little hotter for better cooking. If I was going to buy another oven it would have 2 temp controls one for upper and one for lower heating elements price isn't bad.

Can no longer make pizza in our pizza oven. January 17, 2012

The product was great to start. It's been used approximately 5 times since we took it out of the box. Since then the timer button and temperature buttons do not work, the timer button actually broke off when I tried to turn it . The oven will not even heat up. We are very disappointed since we gave the oven to our son for Christmas to have in his barracks after his return from Iraq.
