Asian themed and other style restaurants will benefit from the purchase of a rice cooker. Boiling rice can be a risky business, as it is very easy to burn or overcook. Rice cookers are designed to easily prepare and heat rice to its desired consistency, from the sticky rice needed to make sushi to the hot rice needed for a pilaf. If you already have a method to getting your rice prepared, pick up a rice warmer to easily reheat rice that’s already been cooked, or a cooker/warmer that can cook it once and reheat it when needed.
