To ensure you, the customer, receive a quality product we take a great deal of effort in restoring the unit. Upon receiving the equipment, it instantly goes to our cleaning facility for a complete strip down and detailed cleaning. Once the cleaning process is complete it goes to our service center to be analyzed by one of our six experienced technicians. The technician will thoroughly inspect the unit for any problems or parts which need replaced. After inspection and complete refurbishing process the unit is completely retested in every aspect. Once our technician is assured the product is ready for sale, a QC (Quality Controlled) sticker is put on the unit to ensure the salesperson the item is equipped for use and ready to be sold.
