This APW SEHP Electric Hot Plate has two solid cast-iron hotplates with a smooth finish, thermostatic controls, and 4" high adjustable legs. This unit can make a good sauté station, or warm any soup or sauces available. This APW SEHP Electric Hot Plate is also known as: S-EHP, Countertop Cooker
