This APW GHPS-6H Step Up Gas Hot Plate makes maintenance easier with a bottom-mount grease pan and removable top grates, and is equipped with a bull-nose front extension to protect people from burns. These units are common for holding stock pots, or keeping varying menu items warm for future use. This APW GHPS-6H Step Up Gas Hot Plate is also known as: GHPS6H
